In my opinion, this hotel is fantastic. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the old town and just across the river from the train station. We had a room with beautiful views of the river and it felt like we were transported back in time. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The breakfast buffet was amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options. our stay was exceptional and we would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Booked a room with good views to Rover and mountains. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom was large here. The hotel had a great location close to the Restaurant right on Roemerhofgasse. And it was also close to the old town center and the castle and train station.

Thank you for a special stay. Romantic hotel with extremely friendly staff, it has magnificent location on a hike close by. Friendly service, the breakfast is varied and savoury. Moreover, there is a parking in the neighborhood.

This hotel in Austria is a gem! Located just across the river from the train station, it's in the heart of the old town center with stunning views out to the river. The staff here are exceptional, with their professionalism and friendliness really standing out. The rooms are beautifully designed, each featuring a different city or region, and come with all the amenities you need, including adjustable beds and great shower power. And let's not forget about the breakfast - it's a 10 out of 10! With a wide range of options, from Alpine bacon and meats to granola mixes and yogurts, it's a perfect start to the day.

The location of the hotel was excellent. It provided a great setting off point for either tourism or skiing. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff.

The bed, although adaquate, could have been more comfortable.

The dinner was really excellent. Also the breakfast. After paying they gave us botlles of water to be enjoyed later.

They offered to change my pillow as I am allergic to feathers, but they did not come back on this. Had to sleep on towels.

We, as family with children missed a cosy room with open fireplace to come together after skiing/walking and after dinner.

Central location right on the river just under castle. Spacious, comfortable room. Good food both at dinner and breakfast.

Had to park over the bridge by railway station due to major renovations to centre of town but at least the owners emailed us beforehand to advise us of this and where to park. Room was made up before we checked out and door left open with our luggage in sight. Reception was very apologetic.

Everything was excellent, though a few employees were very rude. Also, location was magnificent and beautiful, within a close distance from Panoramabahn. This hotel was set in a peaceful area. The indoor restaurant was excellent with variety of meals in the menu.

The rooms were stylishly decorated with unique touches that made each room different from the others. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a great variety of options to choose from. One of the best things about our stay was the exceptional service we received from the staff. They were so helpful and made us feel at home right away.

That there weren't many public seating areas, especially during the rainy weather. However, we understand that old buildings come with some challenges, and we appreciate the effort put into making the hotel as comfortable as possible.

The hotel staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure that we had a very enjoyable stay. They were always very helpful in giving us information about the area. The food was great. They had a very nice breakfast.
